Hey Mols! Honestly I haven't done much this week because of lack of motivation and colds around the house and dreary depressing weather. BUT, I exercised this morning and will go running tonight. I have found that when I do it consistently, I want to do it more but even if I lag one day, the mtoivation leaves me. It is weird how that happens so quickly. Didn't you mention that earlier Mol?? Don't worry, I am still doing the marathon and am kicking it into high gear. I wish I was around you guys to train with you.
Yeah I did talk about that and I am now experiencing that too...Its so depressing! I took off Friday last week because I had worked out 6 days in a row and my plan was to go on Saturday which didnt happen and then again on Sunday it didnt happen and now I am so unmotivated again! I will go today for sure, but its going to be rough!
