Pilates

Sooo sore! Sooo tired!!

Well I took my first pilates class last night. I am trying to go more or less by the schedule that Beth gave us in the begining and I thought that would be a good relax day with some good stretch and strenghten after my long run on Sunday.

Well I was right, but it was not easy! Who would have thought! Its sad that lifting your own body weight could be so hard!

I hope I can get motivated for another run today though!

Hows the knee mar?

  1. So, if you are doing pilates AND running, you are going to look like a movie star!! Better than a movie star! Doesn't it feel good to be sore?? That sounds weird but I love feeling what my body can do!
