Hey guys!! You are doing awesome running. I am totally impressed. Something I was told though is that it is important to cross train. Running will be easier if you build core muscles. I didn't put a lot of stock in that the first time and think it might have helped. Just a though. I am going to take a workout class through rec and ed to help with cardio. Keep up the good work.
Yes, I am trying to do yoga in the morning to help with the stiffness I feel after running at night. Bob (from biggest loser yoga) says it will strengthen my core.

ReplyDeleteThats really good advice beth! I am also going to start a yoga class though on Wednesdays! I am so excited bc I love yoga! I think I may start swimming at my gym one day a week too. Anything else that you think would be good to incorporate? I absolutly hate push ups and sit ups but i think i need to do more of that too.
